Add link to GitHub location in program

SAS user [Jim Box] has a suggestion regarding quick look up of location for code assets.

So, the motivation here: I cannot tell with my list of Custom Steps where they came from. Whenever anyone on my team adds one, it shows up just in our list of Custom Steps. When I want to figure out it's provenance, I can see the comments in there, but it would be helpful to have a link to the repository there in the comments part in case i want to either find more steps I might like or look at updates.

Thanks for starting the discussion, @JBox-SAS . Let me also add another benefit which may stem from the same code serving as the single source of truth for a custom step, a job, standalone code or code which developers may embed as part of an application. If we'd like our code to live everywhere, there's benefit in "Air Tagging" it.

Regarding this specific step, as I'm the owner, I shall soon post an update.
