Markdown links appear the same as regular text (in Compatibility Info at least)

I added bold in this instance to try and make it slightly more obvious there's a link, but it'd be nice to get a better solution.

Upon looking further, links should not be used in compatibility info anyway.

The same info block is included via tooltip in SMM 3 where the CSS actually makes it very clear it's a link. However, the tooltip vanishes as soon as you move the mouse, meaning it is not clickable.

I would rather change SMM to present compatibility info notes in a more visible manner, also allowing links to be clickable
