Add translated activity cards

Some ScratchJr users have sent us translated versions of the Activity cards:

• italian
• german
• dutch

These should get added to the website. The files are in shared ScratchJr/Translations/Activitieson Google Drive

Why?

@redmangospros the translation for the ScratchJr is handled differently from Scratch, the main part of this work will be logging into the translation system as an admin, and updating the links for the languages with translations. Getting the files checked in to the website source is the easy part.
