iotune uses minimal_io_size for IOPS measurements

This value reflects the size that application should use to make request work at all. However, there's physical_block_size value that shows something different -- the IO size that the drive uses internal.

One consequence of not using the physical IO size is that random writes test may stop on RMW behavior of the disk thus measuring lower IOPS
