Demand of providing OceanBase CloudImage in this repo

OceanBase is an enterprise distributed relational database with high availability, high performance, horizontal scalability, and compatibility with SQL standards.

And OceanBase has already adopted docker, Kubernetes and operators, plz refer to https://github.com/oceanbase/ob-operator .

We wish the sealer community could provide the OceanBase CloudImage and Kubefile.
