Steps for serve local:

nvm install v14.21.1
nvm use v14.21.1
npm install
npm run build

The docs is export in src/.vuepress/dist, and you can use python3 -m http.server -d src/.vuepress/dist 8080 to enable local web server hosting, use http://localhost:8080/ to access these documents.
