@Woffe85 hello, As soon as you apply either custom power limits or custom fan curves - some devices start treating this as a "manual" mode, so fan behavior may change. That's how things are on your device. Try to also apply and adjust custom fan curve next to custom power limits. PRO TIP: You can drag whole fan curve all together by holding SHIFT. |

Hi,
i have a ROG Zephyrus G16 with the Intel i9 185H. I want to lower the CPU Power (PL1/PL2) because the Asus default is set very high. In idle my fans turn with ~2000 rpm, if i lower the CPU powerlimit to maybe 60 Watt, the fans spin allways with 2500 rpm in idle. If I use the default settings, the rpm goes down to ~2000 rpm.
Why is this the case?
