Remove from 4k Radarr #1956

Hi, i use Jellyseerr with an second 4k Radarr Instance. Both instances have their own port, API Key, Profiles, Configs and Folder. Surprisingly if i click on "Remove from 4k Radarr" it does not remove the movie from the 4k Radar instance. Instead it gets removed from the default HD instance and consequently i would have to request HD and 4K. Do i have to change some config? I dont think this should be the default behaviour. 
Example: After i click on Remove from 4k Radarr it completely resets to default.

I could reproduce both of the issues you mentioned, and could fix one.
Once the merger is done, we should be able to merge the fixes :)
