compilation error on Linux

For context I tried to upgrade to tree-sitter 0.19.3, which means I modified package.json, but then it didn't work
so I reverted and just did
make setup
./script/rebuild-everything
but then got this error:

ok, make clean fixed the previous issue about "bin", but
still got the same linking error in tests/seq/

is a strange error message. Do you have a file named " (a double quote)?
