By default, if an update is not received for 180 seconds, Seqera Platform marks the pipeline's status as UNKNOWN. While 3 minutes is deemed a good default, some clients may wish to adjust this setting.

Custom configuration is possible via:

tower
  runner
    phantom-job
      interval: 180s
