v8.0-rc2-1

This release contains assets based on v8.0-rc2 release.

The current release provides only static binaries. Ubuntu and Fedora packages rely on tezos packages in
the opam repository in which 8.0-rc2 packages aren't presented.

Note that binaries from this release may fail with the error about the lack of zcash-params.
In order to fix this run the following command:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/zcash/zcash/master/zcutil/fetch-params.sh

This command will download zcash-params to $HOME/.zcash-params.

Binaries that target arm64 architecture has -arm64 suffix in the name.
Other binaries target x86_64.

Release artifacts are signed with the following key: 0x7EAF9B150ACE940CF8C008A0BF847A85AC7BF43E.
You can check it on http://keys.gnupg.net/.
