Priest T2 8P Renew hot stacking

This is not a bug report, more a suggestion for a feature / search for solution ideas:

Issue: The T2 Priest 8p set bonus makes Greater Heal cause a hot effect. This hot effect is similar to renew, but stacks with renew and has a different name ("Greater Heal"). However, since both effects use the same icon, there is no way to differentiate which hot is active on the target whiteout hovering over the icon each time to read the name. This makes target selection rather difficult.

Suggested solution: Make the hots of "Greater Heal" and "Renew" two different icons in the raid frames in order to facilitate target selection. In particular, the "Greater Heal" spell icon would be logical for the GH hot effect.

Estimated problems: To my understanding hot effects are currently tracked by icon, not by effect name. Since "Renew" and "Greater Heal" hots have different names but the same icon, this would require a custom solution?
