Admin Extension SDK - Shopping experiences reload - Elements not visible

Description:
If you add an element to a Shopping Experiences page in the admin area, save it and then reload it, the element is not displayed.
The reason is probably that the external script is loaded "too late" and is therefore not considered when rendering the elements.
