Process "Gestionnaire de fenêtres du Bureau" and "Processus d'exécution client-serveur" use the GPU a lot.

I'm getting high gpu usage on windows 11 as well

My GPU fans were going nuts and couldn't figure out why. After quitting Desktop Dimmer my GPU usage instantly dropped from ~40% to 1% and fans went silent.
