Lesson 05) buy-offer description seems wrong

The buy offer works in a different way.

1. A potential buyer creates a new PSBT Part 1
2. adding the name input
3. adding his coin inputs with the coin owner as payment recipient
4. signing his coin inputs

The partially signed PSBT then is offered to the owner of the name by scanning a PSBT-QR-Code from his phone or importing a PSBT-File via social media (Telegram or similar). The owner signs his name input and broadcasts the transaction.
