FK: create nb 2, rework earlier nb 1 to fit longer workshop
MR: work on 3, 4, 5 (new content, refine prior tutorials);

overview of learning tasks, modules
basic vignettes for main learning tasks
searching the library, tags
estimator level dependency management
creating your own estimator, to sktime, or for third party use (closed or open) - only short primer
