First Release of AppStore Invoices

This is the first public release of this project.

The software is now considered useable with the following features:

• pick a financial report file to with a file picker
• parse the file and review its content
• for each subsidiary an single invoice is created
• for each invoice you can edit the invoice number
• the template path can be selected and saved
• the output path can be selected and saved
