How to share OpenCV object-tracking code

Hi, I modified the code in this project to use a camera to steer the telescope mount to follow moving objects. I'm not sure what the best way is to upload my code so others can use it. Should I create a fork? Also, is this the main repository for people working on the Skywatcher code?
