remove parasitic words "of Use Case" from right-side TOC

#97 shows a shot of the right-side TOC. Two headings include the words "of Use Case" and the first one gets too long, so it's broken down in two lines:

• 1.3 Scope and Objectives of Use Case
• 2. Diagrams of Use Case

I consider these words parasitics, since ALL headings pertain to the Use Case: so why are they needed in just 2 of the headings?
