Lesson 10 : Tailwind didn't work

I already installed Tailwind and everything looks normal, but somehow the Tailwind didn't work.

When I want to make a border line with this code :

import { ConnectButton } from "web3uikit"

export default function Header() {
    return (
        <div className="border-b-2">
            Decentralized Lottery
            <ConnectButton moralisAuth={false} />
        </div>
    )
}

There's no border displayed.
