• Endpoint to rerun job periodically
• Endpoint to post measurements and store them
• Mechanism that updates the forecast based on the measurements

We noticed that there needs to be a possiblity to set the current state of charge of the batteries. That should be set by the predicted value when adhearing to the generated schedule but possibly updated by the user.
