Unable to run program (says python not found)

The error specifically says as below:
Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases.

I have installed the latest version of python, and in app execution aliases it says that python.exe and python3.exe are on.

In admin command prompt I have also tried:
python -m pip install mitmproxy

Unfortunately it hasn't been working, and I have also tried to download the videos manually to no success.
Please help. Attached what I have tried so far.

Please run winget install Python.Python.3.13 from an administrator terminal assuming you are on Windows 11 or Windows 10 1709 or later.

If winget errors, install Python 3.13 from https://www.python.org/downloads/

Once installed, re-open your terminal and re-attempt.
