Create Web Server for serving Temperature from ESP32 MP Boards with TMP117

Since we are going to be offering the TMP117 as a promotion with the dev board SKUs with MicroPython, we would like to provide a simple solution that displays temperature from the TMP117 on a web app. This will require us setting up a web server on one of our ESP32 boards. We might make this installed by default on these boards.
