We want to create a GUI based on the RTK firmware gui: https://github.com/sparkfun/SparkFun_RTK_Firmware_Uploader to allow users to flash MicroPython firmware to their boards.

This should:

Allow users to select their MicroPython board from our list of supported boards (or autodetect connected board)
Allow users to flash an ESP32 device with esptool
Allow users to flash an RP2 device by copying over the correct UF2
Pull firmware versions directly from our published releases on GitHub from sparkfun/micropython
Allow users to select version to flash (or latest)
Allow users to select minimal or "frozen qwiic-included" fw
