Unable to receive data in Splunk

Hi
We have an issue, we have done all the configurations from Splunk and Azure end but we are not receiving any data and there is no error message from Splunk.
When we check the "Process Notification Queue" on Azure Functions, it shows "No inputs defined" and "No outputs defined"
Could someone please share a solution to this ?
