Hide label for attributes with no value

Can we hide labels for attributes with no value, in the sidebar? For example, if there is no author for a specific text, then the label "Author" would not be shown.

There is also a point in showing empty attributes, so I suppose we want this to be configurable. Two options that come to mind is:

• on app/mode level: frontend_devel.md # Configuration
• on attribute level: frontend_devel.md # Attribute settings

Another possibility is to add specific CSS classes for empty attributes in the sidebar, so that you can add CSS rules to hide them.
