`predbat_car_charging_plan_smart` docs are unclear

Describe the solution you'd like
A description/link of what a "low-rate" slot is. In my use case, in some cases (charging when low in an emergency) I just want to be able to disable all of predbat's car charger management so that it doesnt return my zappi to "stopped" every 5 minutes.

Probably should add low rate to the predbat terminology, but it is simply the cheapest periods predbat identifies in the plan for charging your battery and car. You can set a low rate threshold in input_number.predbat_rate_low_threshold or let predbat auto calculate

Ah ok understood - thanks. Given that, is there a way (a predbat switch?) of manually turning off Predbat-led car charging to handly my use-case?

In short, predbat doesn't have a 'manual car charge' switch to opt out of predbat led charging. It probably should do, I'll raise an FR
