[Bug]: "Data manager not initialized!!!" error

Describe the bug

Since the v1.15 update (I think), sometimes, when starting Obsidian, the app doesn't finish loading and displays: "An error occured while loading Obsidian. Error: Data manager not initialized!!!".

To Reproduce

I couldn't find a predictable way of reproducing this. It comes and goes. However, resolving the issue is very deterministic:

Quitting the application, moving the SR plugin folder outside of the plugins folders and starting the application again always solves the issue.

It is then possible to move the plugin folder back in, refresh the plugins and activate it.

It seems that updating to the latest version (1.15.2 or 1.15.1) temporarily solved the issue, but it appeared again.

Expected behavior

Plugin shouldn't stop the application from loading.

Hi, I think I just fixed this bug in v1.15.2. It was whenever one left a SR tab open and closed obsidian. When one opens obsidian it wanted to access the data manager before it inits.

Does it still throw this error in v1.15.2?
If yes then it would be very important to know what you did before it does throw it🤔

The problem is that I put the data loading part in a onLayoutReady call in v1.15.0, just like it is recommended, but a lot of the code relied on it not being this way, so I had to patch a lot of code and it could still be that I missed something.

By removing the plugin folder one disables the plugin which is why the error doesnt come up then

I tried the steps you suggest, but they didn't trigger the error.

1. Open SR "Review flashcards from all notes" tab. Confirm it's the only tab open. Quit. Relaunch. No problem.
2. Open random note with flashcards. Confirm only tab open. Run "Cram flashcards in this note". Close all other tabs, keep flashcard review tab open. Quit. Relaunch. No problem.

Something else maybe?
