Roll out stackable-operator 0.84.1

Roll out 0.84.1 for all operators where 0.84.0 was already merged. For the others we'll bump to 0.84.1 in the 0.84.0 PRs.
0.84.1 reverts the change of the default cluster domain back to cluster.local (was cluster.local. to make it a FQDN and reduce DNS requests, see stackabletech/issues#656.
