I'm a bit stuck on this and would like to ask for help - I don't see the completion in continue despite it going fine from codegate and I have trouble debugging continue :-/

I merged the partial fixes, but for some reason FIM doesn't show up in continue. I will move the task back to backlog as I'm working on removing litellm types now.
