Resolves #{{TODO: add issue number}}.

Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?
Removes spaces inside array literals passed to zeros() calls in @stdlib/ndarray/slice-to/test/test.js to comply with the stdlib/line-closing-bracket-spacing lint rule .

This pull request:

  • It removes the extra spacing to comply with the lint rules
