Update Italian.lang and add more space

I just retranslated and proofread the Italian language localization to be up-to-date and clearer to understand...

I also enlarged a few more pixel these two UI elements with a resource hacker tool, since they were too short or misaligned for the Italian words:

...so I wondered if you could change these in the original sources.
