[Enhancement]: Build Control Page Dashboard for Optimism Integration #2253

Describe the enhancement
We need a dedicated Control Page Dashboard for managing and monitoring Optimism node integrations within the Stereum app. This dashboard should reflect the current status, version, sync state, and service health of Optimism Full Nodes (including Archive nodes) deployed via Stereum.
Details
- Display detailed status of Optimism Full Node (Mainnet & Sepolia)
- Sync Status (if available)
- Head Number (if available) ->
op_node_default_refs_number - Peer Number (if available)
- RPC Requests over time
- Offer option to open tunnel to RPC / API service (depending on availibility)
