- In the launcher, go to the "Configuration" tab, select "Show Data Location", and grab all log files, as well as the most recent crash dump in the "crashdumps" folder.
- If you're using the coop version, make sure you have the newest version installed. Link is on the haunted server.
- Make sure you properly imported the data.
- If you're using Intel graphics... Intel won't work. Don't argue, don't try, it just doesn't work. You need a dedicated graphics card. Use Windows or nVidia Control Panel to manually configure it to use the dedicated graphics card.
- Windows Update tends to install broken AMD drivers. Go to https://www.amd.com/support and manually install a driver from there. The PRO drivers are known to not work, and the "Optional" driver versions also make troubles sometimes.

- Make sure the texture pack isn't within a Windows-protected folder. This is usually your Desktop or the Program Files folders. Put your texture packs into your Documents or Downloads.
