Quick question, "How to set the cache-control header on files using scottyjs?" The resulting header would look like this: Cache-Control: max-age=86400. Where, ideally, the 86400 value would be configurable command line option or environment variable. See, https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/Expiration.html
