Not compatible with Approvals Add On

Describe the bug
When the Approvals Add On is active, content is restricted for members who have a view limit and whose levels do not require approval.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a view limit for your membership level.
2. Activate the Approvals Add On.
3. View a post that your membership level does not already have access to.
4. Observe that the no access message is shown instead of the post content.

Expected behavior
Members of levels that do not need approval are shown protected content as long as they have not hit their view limits.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Paid Memberships Pro plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Memberlite.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
