Uneven surfaces (cobblestones, grass pavers) are also important information for motorcyclists, especially those with smaller vehicles (e.g., scooters).

Yes, that happens occasionally. For example, at restaurants or beer gardens (customers only) that advertise themselves as particularly biker-friendly and designate motorcycle parking areas. Or at amusement parks, where there are grassy areas or gravel. In my experience, however, it practically never happens in urban areas or at municipal motorcycle parking lots (public access) - but there are sometimes cobblestones used, which is also a good information.
