Test:

Filename to make sure they're valid
Filenames to make sure they match file metadata (will become less necessary with less duplication between page IDs and metadata)
Doc metadata to make sure it's in the right structure
Place metadata to make sure it's in the right structure
State metadata to make sure it's in the right structure
Existence of a doc's place
Existence of a place's state

Will be very helpful for making sure content updates conform to standards. Also helpful for anyone who wants to submit a pull request.
