Provide pre-built docker image and versioned helm chart

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I want a pre-built Docker image because I want to use an auto-update solution, such as ArgoCD.

Describe the solution you'd like

If pre-built Docker images are provided,

• we can use the Supabase Operator to build the image.
• we don't have to use our own private Docker registry.

Moreover if versioned helm chart are provided,

• we can use the operator quickly.
• we can upgrade the operator more easily.
