Open API or Swagger

Hello. I read the wikipedia and I see that swagger and openAPI the same product. What difference between ones? Which there are different two for swagger and for open-api? What difference between projects?

@jimschubert : We've forked this project at openapitools/openapi-generator, where we have .netstandard support and a large refactoring of the client which allows users to define their own accessor (instead of RestSharp).
