[feature-request] fprintd support by default #391

Even though, there are forks out there, that feature this, swaylock should have support for fprintd natively.

Sorry, but we don't want to maintain a whole new D-Bus auth flow specifically for fprintd.

Support for more complicated PAM modules is being discussed separately in #244.
