Now that the CI is building SwiftPM with this library ever since swiftlang/swift-package-manager#8271, the automated process that generates snapshot tags should be generating them for this repo also, as you can see with the tags for Testing but not here. This is needed by those of us who build the snapshot tags, otherwise we'll end up grabbing whatever the latest commit is instead, which can cause issues if that commit happens to be buggy.
This was found by my Android CI which cross-compiles SwiftPM, as this repo was not required as a dependency of SwiftPM for some reason until the latest Mar. 25 trunk snapshot tag, maybe randomly who knows. When I went to script downloading this repo too, I saw it has no tags yet.
Regardless of what I do for Android, this repo should have source snapshot tags for snapshot builds on all platforms now. @shahmishal, I believe you're in charge of this, correct me if it's someone else.
