ELPA repositories status page

Would be handy to have a status page with the state of the ELPA archives so people can quickly find if their issues are related to an archive being down.

Just FYI:

The status of GNU ELPA can be checked on https://pumprock.net/fsfstatus

If it doesn't say anything and GNU ELPA seems to be down, you can ask Savannah admins ([email protected]).

AFAIK all the Savannah VCS repositories (including GNU ELPA) went offline for some time yesterday (and/or the day before yesterday?).

You can also check the status of the Emacs bug tracker (debbugs.gnu.org) or the Emacs website/manual (www.gnu.org) on https://pumprock.net/fsfstatus.
