The welcome page is empty for now, it would be a good thing to have some statistic, I am thinking about the following one:

number of days/week rent for a year (page should default on current year)
progression of rented days/week by year
a table with the customer who booked the most
a reminder of the next customer to arrive
a reminder of the current customer
