the first view of the cards does not show the content

I'm dynamically loading a VUE component that contains a TabGroup component.

The first view of the component shows only the cards, not the content.
If I show the same component again (close the modal and reopen it) it works fine.

Any ideas where I could look for errors or what I could try?

I cannot give a minimal example because it is part of a complex system.
