having problem while get the forked repo working

i forket the repo to read it and learn how it works .so i can contribute ...first i run yarn install then i decide to look at vue playground so i run yarn vue playground
it gives me that error

  errno: -4058,
  code: 'ENOENT',
  syscall: 'open',
  path: 'F:\\Programing\\web development\\My projects\\Open Source\\headlessui\\packages\\@headlessui-tailwindcss\\dist\\index.d.ts'
} 

i looked up into the folder there is no dist folder ...what i'm missing here ??

also when i try to run yarn build i get this error

$ npm-run-all -p 'react build' 'vue build'
ERROR: Task not found: "'react", build'", 'vue"
