Version 2.0.3 with React is giving errors the terminal

While attempting to use the latest version of headlessui react version 2.0.3, it's giving lots of missing modules errors.
I tried to use import { Transition } from "@headlessui/react";

/node_modules/@react-aria/focus/dist/FocusRing.mjs.map' file: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory
/node_modules/@react-aria/focus/dist/FocusScope.mjs.map' file: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory
node_modules/@react-aria/focus/dist/focusSafely.mjs.map' file: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory
/node_modules/@react-stately/utils/dist/useControlledState.mjs.map' file: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory,
/node_modules/@react-stately/utils/dist/number.mjs.map' file: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory,....And more

Here is my Package.json versions:

    "@headlessui/react": "^2.0.3",
    "@testing-library/jest-dom": "^5.17.0",
    "@testing-library/react": "^13.4.0",
    "@testing-library/user-event": "^13.5.0",
    "react": "^18.3.1",
    "react-dom": "^18.3.1",

I checked with both node 18 and node 22 same errors in the terminal. Please Advise.
