how to add Custom themes in tailwindcss v4

I am using vite react and installing tailwind but npx command is not running , and no tailwingconfig.js file is being generated so where can i add custom themes for tailwind .

The init command no longer exists in v4. Consider checking the installation documentation that is most relevant to your project to integrate Tailwind v4.
