React CRA && Tailwind & Router Starter Template

Hi fellows,

I've created a starter project for using React with TailwindCSS to start projects faster and pass configuration phases. I gave importance onto readme file to welcome new Tailwind users easily start developing. I also added some react router menu stuff with responsive design. Can you share your opinions about that project?
