Timezone Errors?

It looks like the listed timezones for Pacific/Samoa (-1:00), US/Honolulu (0:00), and US/Samoa (-1:00) are incorrect; the correct values should be +13:00, -10:00, -11:00 respectively.

Is that a problem with the script or the source of data ?

I see others erroneously set at +0:00: Pacific/Johnston, US/Hawaii
